If an item or promotional offer is no longer available, we will notify you within 5 working days and provide options for a full refund, paying the difference, or choosing an alternative.

Applying a discount code is simple:

Changing Your Delivery Date

Order Cancellations & Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel or return an order. Start a return request via our Returns Portal, and we’ll process your request within 48 hours.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately to report the issue. Faulty products are covered by a 12-month warranty. You can initiate a claim via our Returns Portal or directly with the manufacturer.

Refunds
