Help making a choice Stock and availability
At Nestium, with our multiple storage facilities, our aim is to stock 95% of our most popular products to ensure fast delivery. We keep stock availability on our website as accurate as possible to ensure you know the earliest delivery option. In rare cases where our stock is fully allocated, we may ship directly from manufacturers to get the product to you as soon as possible.
If, for any reason, the product or promotion you ordered is no longer available, or if there's been a price change, we will notify you within 5 working days. We’ll offer a full refund, the option to pay the difference, or choose an alternative. Order acceptance takes place upon despatch of your products.
Promotions and discount codes
At the basket page, enter the promotional code and click "Apply". You’ll be notified if the discount is successful, and it will be visible on your order.
Terms and Conditions: Only one code per order. Codes are valid for online use unless otherwise specified. All codes have an expiry date and are subject to change or termination without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order that abuses or exploits any promotional code.

We accept all major credit and debit cards for deliveries to the card’s registered address. Additional security checks are required for deliveries to alternative addresses, which may delay the delivery date.
We also offer finance options for your convenience.

How do I change my delivery date?
Log into your account or call us to adjust your delivery date.
How do I cancel an order or make a return?
If you need to cancel or return an order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You can initiate a return request via our returns portal, and we'll respond within 48 hours.
Certain items, such as personalised goods or opened media, are non-returnable. Please see our full terms for details.
My item arrived damaged or faulty
If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately to report the damage and arrange a return. If your item is faulty, contact the manufacturer or use our returns portal to initiate the process. All new products come with at least a 12-month warranty.
Where is my refund?
Refunds are processed within three working days. Please allow up to three additional working days for your bank to process the transaction.
